Ask the priest to state the ritual date, place and local time. Send a calendar invitation that shows the correct time for relatives abroad; seasonal clock changes can affect the conversion.
For remote participation, agree on a connection test, coordinator and fallback contact. For an in-person visit, keep arrival and travel buffers separate from the ritual time.

Confirm the named Pandit, venue, rite, participants, materials, total, payment recipient and changes policy in the booking arrangement.
If a recording, representative or additional travel help is requested, agree explicitly on availability, consent and what will be delivered.

How can I find a Pandit in India while living abroad?
Use Purvaj’s guides and profiles to choose a destination and explore Pandits. Open a profile, compare listed languages and services, and continue in the booking app with your preferred Pandit.
Does online booking include a live video ceremony?
Not automatically. State that you want remote participation and ask whether it is suitable and available for the chosen rite. A reservation, live connection and recording are different arrangements.
Can family members join from different countries?
Discuss this with the selected Pandit. Agree on the platform, ritual location, time zone and coordinator, and send an invitation displaying the right local time for each household.
Does the family brief submit a booking?
No. The worksheet creates a summary in your browser for you to download or share. Continue separately in the booking app to arrange the service.
What if we are bringing ashes to India?
